Hello,
I just wanted to reach out to let you know that from the moment I purchased my car from Lester Glenn I have had outstanding service.
Just recently my car was hit in the back...needless to say I was upset that my brand new Hyundai Elantra 2013 car I purchased in June was damaged. When I met with Allstate to have them estimate the damage I explained I wanted the bumper to be replaced thru Lester Glen collision because it is a lease car and I wanted it perfect again. Once I got in touch with Walter from your Collision Department I knew immediately that I was being taken care of by a true professional with top notch customer service! He followed up after my appointment was made to confirm I had everything that was needed from the insurance company...to confirm my appointment and met us when we dropped the car off. Prior to the accident I needed to schedule an oil change and asked if they would be able to do it at the same time. Walter said sure! I needed a rental car...he was able to organize that for us too!! Nothing was a hassle. Even Jack McAllister, the guy that drove us to and from the rental hub was courteous and professional and Joe Perry brought me back to my car.
By the way...my car looks like new!

I have been meaning to send you this email for quite sometime now, but have been busy. I wanted to commend you on a having a terrific staff in the collision center. This past summer---August to be exact---My wife and I were involved in a car accident. In all honesty---I rear ended my wife which is a little embarrassing to admit. Needless to say it was a stressful time considering the fact that we were on vacation when the accident occurred. My wife and I rent in Ortley Beach every summer for the month of August and it was our first day of vacation when disaster struck. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dan in your collision center and he was fantastic to say the least. He relieved a great deal of stress on my part with the way he took charge of the situation. He was honest, hard working, and had a great bedside manner. He gave us tremendous service and was able to get one of the cars repaired extremely quickly.

I hope I am never involved in another accident, but if I was you can bet that Dan would be the first person I call. I would highly recommend Dan and his service team and again would like to commend you on having such a professional staff.

I hope the hurricane did not impact you, your employees, or your business too much.

Dear Kerry,

I am writing you to inform you of my experience with Lester Glenn Collision Center .

On Friday the 13th of July, my daughter, Danielle, had a car accident with her new Hyundai Elantra at the intersection of Route 9 and Cox Crow Road , Toms River . Her car was the only one damaged. She hit a Jeep Wrangler from behind and the whole front of her car was smashed. She called me and I went to the scene. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I first tried calling our salesman, Jimmy Connell, who was with a customer. I then talked to the receptionist and asked if I had towing with the purchase of my car. I was told that I indeed did and they were sending a tow truck to the scene.

He arrived sooner than promised and assessed the damage. The car was not drivable. He told me that he was going to take it to the Collision Center because bringing it to the dealership was a waste of time. The car would have to be towed to the Collision Center anyway. I didn’t even know that Lester Glenn had a Collision Center and I was grateful for the information.

Danielle and I drove there and we were greeted by Walter who works in the office. He was so nice and very helpful and understanding. This was my daughter’s first accident and she is 24 years old, turning 25 on August 3rd. He introduced us to Bob, the manager of the Collision Center . He was also very nice and told us everything that was going to happen with the car.

We filled out paperwork and gave them our insurance information. They told us that they would work hard to get the car back to us as soon as possible. We were told in would take about two weeks, by the time they ordered the parts, received them and finished putting the car together.

They kept us up to date almost daily about the progress of the car. They worked so hard to get the car back to my daughter before the two week period. She had rented a car from Lester Glenn for the time her car was being worked on, but returned it after seven days because she couldn’t afford it for more than a week.

The car was ready on Monday, July 23rd, earlier than promised. It looked like a brand new car and drives perfectly. I can’t thank you and your fabulous staff enough for making our experience with this accident so easy to handle. I have loved the total experience I have had with your company since I walked through the dealership doors in September of 2011. I purchased 2 Hyundai Elantra’s, one for me and one for my daughter. Our salesman, Jimmy Connell, was fantastic as were all the people I had to deal with during the purchase process.

Please thank Walter and Bob for me again and the people that put our car back together again. Danielle and I are so grateful for all the hard work you all do at Lester Glenn.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan Paganelli and his wonderful work at Lester Glenn’s Body Shop in Toms River. I recently needed some paint and body work done on my 2005 Lexus 430SC and I was referred by several people to Lester Glenn’s Body Shop. To be honest I was rather cynical about bring my Lexus to Hyundai Dealer for repairs but they were highly recommended. From my first encounter with Dan I felt very comfortable about leaving my car with him. He was very professional manner and his many years of experience and knowledge describing their philosophy and repair practices I knew that they were not going to take any shortcuts with my Lexus. He also showed me several of the repairs in progress and the paint work fit and finish made the repairs impossible to detect. We agreed to a fair price and I gave Dan the keys to my car. I was pleasantly surprised when Dan called two days before schedule and advised me that the repairs were complete. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car I could not believe how beautiful the finished product was, it was in showroom condition. Not only did they repair the paint and body damage but they completely detailed my car (a service Lexus charges $195.00 for). The car looks so good people can’t believe its seven years old. I can’t thank Dan and his talented crew enough for my repair, and would recommend their service to anyone who need it, in fact I already have.
